General inquiries, membership questions, press, sponsorship, and anything that doesn't fit elsewhere: hello@bats.no.
The media team reads this address and routes messages to the right board member or production coordinator. Expect a response within a few days — we're volunteers and most of us read email between rehearsals.
Tickets
Ticket purchases, refunds, and booking-related questions are handled by TicketCo, not by us. Each production page links directly to its TicketCo listing. If TicketCo can't resolve your issue, email us and we'll help sort it out.

We post show announcements, rehearsal photos, and the occasional behind-the-scenes clip on social. The newsletter (sign up at /subscribe once it's back online) is the slower, longer-form version.
Board and governance
BATS is run by an elected board. The board is contactable through hello@bats.no — name the matter in the subject line ("Board: ...") and it'll be routed to the right person. Annual General Meetings are open to all members.
